Peak Management is currently looking for a “ROCKSTAR” Property Manager to join our team at our soon to be acquired community. They will oversee 650+ units, located in Dallas, Texas. Responsibilities
Ideal candidate should enjoy customer service and working with the public. Must have experience creating and enhancing value at all phases of a property’s life cycle. Minimum
5+ years in a Property Manager role and managing a staff of two or more. Must have strong technical skills in budget preparation and reporting, finance, leasing, operations and a solid understanding of Fair Housing. Requirements
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer and standing and walking, giving tours, and meeting with potential tenants. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
