Manage the residential sales strategy and execution with representative agencies to ensure delivery of initiatives Convert new single-family builder business to drive specifications and sales to showroom partners Cultivate customer relationships with key showroom personnel and execute strategic growth initiatives Drive increased specifications with residential architects and designers through brand awareness activities and networking Oversee successful product launches, including training and display gains What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field Minimum of 8 years of field sales experience in construction or showroom sales and/or sales management Experience working with home builders and the architecture & design community Location within the West Coast territory Ability to travel 50% regionally How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
