What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the residential sales strategy and execution with rep agencies, providing direction and training
Convert new single-family builder business to drive specifications and sales with showroom partners
Manage relationships with key showroom personnel and execute strategic growth initiatives
Drive specifications with residential architects and designers through brand awareness and networking
Ensure successful launches of new residential products and manage showroom programs and promotions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent field
8+ years of field sales experience in construction or showroom sales and/or sales management
Experience with home builders and the architecture & design community
Location in the West Coast territory
Ability to travel 50% regionally
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience using CRM systems
Strong network within the residential building community
Proven track record of driving sales growth in similar roles
