Overview We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Project Manager to support our B2B Product Marketing organization.

The qualified Product Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for supporting the product marketing team across a variety of projects. The role will include creating tracking systems as needed, keeping projects on time and monitoring deliverables, following up with individuals, and reporting out as to project status.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management fundamentals, familiarity with our experience in product marketing, with hands‑on content creation experience and the ability to effectively leverage AI tools to improve speed, quality, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Product Marketing Project Management

Track execution of various product marketing initiatives, including analyst RFIs, significant live events, feature releases, internal and customer communications, sales portal materials, newsletters, etc.

Build and maintain tracking systems as needed

Own timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risk mitigation for multiple concurrent workstreams

Ensure consistent communication and visibility into project status and priorities

Content Creation & Enablement

Create, edit or update B2B‑marketing focused content from product marketing team inputs

AI-Driven Productivity & Tooling

Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, MS Copilot, other internal AI tools, etc.) to accelerate content development, research, synthesis, and project documentation

Evaluate and recommend new tools or automations to improve efficiency across the product marketing team

Process Optimization & Reporting

Standardize and document product marketing processes, templates, and best practices

Identify opportunities to reduce friction, increase speed, and improve cross‑functional collaboration

Required Skills

3+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or product marketing within a B2B technology environment

Excellent written communication and organizational skills

Practical experience using AI tools to support content creation or workflow optimization

Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional initiatives

Strong understanding of B2B go‑to‑market motions, product launches, and sales enablement

Commitment to quality and efficiency

Preferred

Experience in B2B marketing technology

Experience working in a matrixed environment

Experience supporting product marketing, field sales, partner marketing, or customer success teams

Experience working in Workfront project management tool

Education

Bachelor's degree or higher
