We are is seeking a
Part-Time Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator
to support our marketing team with design, production, and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative work and hands-on execution, and who wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This person will primarily support the
team

Design & Creative Support
Create graphics using
Canva
(primary tool) and
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar) Produce flyers, signage, name badges, social media graphics, and marketing templates Assist with branding campaigns, social media initiatives, and marketing materials Support the development of a basic website and digital assets Prepare files for print and digital distribution Coordination & Execution
Complete simple, high-priority tasks to support the marketing team Assist with project coordination and timelines Help keep files, templates, and materials organized On-Site & Operational Support
Manage in-house signage production and setup Prepare name badges, printed materials, and marketing collateral Support administrative and logistical tasks related to marketing and events Fast-paced, collaborative, and creative Opportunity to work on
fun, high-impact projects
ranging from branding campaigns to large social media initiatives Strong environment for learning, growth, and portfolio building Exposure to real-world marketing strategy, execution, and creative production Schedule & Work Structure
Approximately
20 hours per week Minimum
10 hours per week in the office Remaining hours may be remote Summer months may require additional in-office time Qualifications
Working knowledge of
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar tools) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to take direction and execute tasks efficiently Works well with others and communicates clearly Positive attitude and professional presence Local to Dallas and able to work in the office weekly Preferred but not required: Experience with print production or signage Experience supporting marketing or social media teams Compensation
$25–$30 per hour , based on experience We’re looking for someone who: Has a great personality and enjoys working with people Is dependable and responsive Can take direction and follow through Is comfortable in a fast-paced, challenging, but fun environment Is motivated to grow and build experience
