What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to AZ360 and PageUp

Re-assign and/or escalate tickets to other team members as necessary and assist with data integrity compliance audits

Document, update, and communicate internal processes while providing problem resolution for complex issues

Provide support and orientation to new users

Monitor the internal customer service desk ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of requests

What is Required (Qualifications):

Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts

Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED

Experience with customer service principles and technical support frameworks

Familiarity with ERP systems, specifically AZ360, and specialized HR/Talent Management software like PageUp

Background and reference check, including state and federal criminal records fingerprint check

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Prior experience specifically supporting or using CGI Advantage (AZ360) or PageUp Talent Management software

Previous experience providing technical support within a state or local government agency
