Qualified candidates will:

Have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or data analytics from an accredited university.

Have advanced Excel skills; ability to produce reporting.

Have advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.

Calculate equity fund distribution waterfalls for all our investments.

Prepare Internal Rate of Return (IRR) calculations for our properties.

Maintain master databases and own the changes within both the debt and equity funds.

Support annual audits for all investments.

Have high integrity and excellent discretion with access to highly sensitive information.
