
Marketing and Public Relations Manager

Flint Hills Technical College is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Public Relations Manager to join our team. This full-time position plays a critical role in shaping the College’s brand and enhancing outreach through strategic marketing and communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the College’s website
Oversee and grow the College’s social media presence
Develop, implement, and communicate a comprehensive strategic marketing plan
Responsible for advertising, marketing and promotion efforts, in support of program offerings and institutional initiatives
Supervise and collaborate with the Graphic Designer to develop printed and digital materials
Plan, administer, and monitor the department budget
Collaborate with various partners across the College to create and deliver promotional materials
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in public relations, marketing, communications or related field from an accredited college/university is required.
Minimum of two (2) years of paid experience in a related field.
Experience with writing and/or editing in multiple marketing media formats.
Proficiency with web development tools and related technologies
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Compensation & Benefits:
Full time, 40 hours/week, 12 months/year
Salary based on experience starting at $58,000 annually
