Responsibilities

Leading the development and implementation of a unified revenue data strategy that aligns Marketing, Sales, and Finance.

Defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs focused on return on spend.

Acting as the primary analytical bridge between Finance and the Revenue Operations team, providing the data-driven rationale for budget allocation and spend optimization.

Developing and maintaining intuitive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.

Gathering, normalizing, and integrating data from various sources, including CRM (Hubspot), marketing automation platforms, ERP (Odoo), web analytics, social media platforms, and advertising third party sites.

Strategically partnering with sales, marketing, and finance leadership to analyze and forecast revenue and the impact of various spend scenarios.

Proactively identifying areas for data improvement and automation, streamlining processes and increasing efficiency.

Staying abreast of the latest technology and data analysis trends.

Team The team you will be joining: This multi-talented sales and marketing team brings Onlogic's industry-leading products to market. You'll find them developing marketing campaigns, producing product catalogs, curating our social media channels, penning website content, and collaborating as a team that values open communication and learning.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Analytics within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Strong financial and commercial acumen, with a track record of bridging marketing performance data with finance-driven revenue targets.

Expertise in building and maintaining scalable reports and dashboards using business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker).

Experience with data lakes (BigQuery).

Experience with Google Analytics, SQL, Google Sheets, and scripting languages for data analysis.

Ability to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

The salary range for this role is $85,000 to $95,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
