What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage, mentor, and develop the Field Team to expand business in the UDS/AOM channel

Drive sales and enhance brand presence across key UDS account customers

Plan and execute innovative retail programs and market blitzes

Analyze weekly sales reports to identify opportunities and improve under-performing accounts

Build and maintain relationships with key retail accounts while opening new accounts

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 3 years of professional Sales or Distributor experience, preferably in Food & Beverage or CPG industry

Proven experience mentoring and coaching Retail Sales Managers

Exceptional customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Ability to travel regularly within the assigned market
