Support ICHRA segmentation updates and ongoing operational campaigns, ensuring effective communication workflows Conduct audits of ICHRA-facing communications for accuracy and compliance with evolving regulations Assist in the development and editing of collateral to align with brand guidelines and improve communication clarity Manage requests from various stakeholders to prioritize and organize communication needs Help shape the communication experience for members and employers in relation to the ICHRA benefit portfolio What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, marketing operations, CRM, or benefits communications Strong writing and editing skills with attention to brand voice consistency across various channels Experience with CRM tools and operational campaign workflows, particularly with platforms like Braze Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail regarding content accuracy and brand consistency How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
