Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Public Relations Coordinator

to join our growing team in Lawrence, MA. This role supports the development and execution of strategic communication initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and strong external relationships.

The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment while maintaining exceptional professionalism.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and implementing strategic public relations campaigns

Coordinate press materials, media outreach, and communication timelines

Draft and edit press releases, media pitches, and corporate communications

Maintain and update media contact lists and communication databases

Monitor campaign performance and prepare performance reportsSupport event coordination and public-facing initiatives

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and message alignment

Conduct research to identify new communication opportunities

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail

Professional judgment and strong interpersonal skills

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign results

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field preferred
