
Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part-time Marketing Coordinator to manage our customer relationship management (CRM) platform and drive lead engagement. This role is crucial for ensuring effective lead flow and conversion through timely, professional follow-up and rigorous tracking.
This position is ideal for a self-starter comfortable with sales and marketing technology, and focused on measurable results. It is also ideal for a pilot, who understands the premium, professional, and aspirational nature of our business as well as our client base and core audience.
Key Responsibilities
CRM Management:
Serve as the primary administrator for the company’s platform ensuring data integrity, system functionality, and accurate reporting.
Lead Tracking & Funnel Management:
Monitor all incoming leads, accurately track their progression through the defined marketing and sales funnel, and report on key metrics.
Lead Nurturing & Follow-up:
Execute personalized (and templated) text, email and phone follow-up sequences throughout the lead journey to engage prospects and move them toward conversion.
Reporting:
Provide regular updates and performance reports on lead activity, funnel status, and the effectiveness of follow-up campaigns.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the core team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
Qualifications
Proven experience working in a fast paced, highly communicative environment, with a team of 3-4 people, all focused on client and revenue growth
Strong understanding of marketing/sales funnels and lead management best practices
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including professional email and text follow-ups.
Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time capacity.
Pilot and/or strong aviation/flight training industry experience a plus
