Collaborate with other design teams to ensure alignment and shared best practices.
Build and maintain strong relationships with development, business, and product partners.
Demonstrate proven experience in asynchronous collaboration across multiple time zones, including the U.S., Canada, APAC, and Europe.
Drive and track business impact, ensuring design initiatives contribute to key business objectives.
Exhibit exceptional follow‑up and attention to detail, maintaining accountability across projects.
Lead road‑mapping and scoping efforts to ensure clear project definitions and achievable timelines.
Maintain the highest level of communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Take detailed notes and provide proactive communication on deadlines, expectations, and project status.
Assess risks and ensure the team maintains a sterling reputation by proactively addressing challenges.
Work confidently with all levels of the organization, from junior designers to executive leadership.
Foster creativity and innovation within a corporate environment, balancing structure with exploration.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of design and research methodologies to support team needs.
Navigate and execute effectively within a large, matrixed organization.
Manage escalations, facilitate decision‑making, and balance communication with ownership.
Salary Range $85,000 to $110,000 per year
