Responsibilities
Sell finance & insurance (F&I) product lines to meet targeted goals while effectively overcoming objections
Maintain rapport with current customers through regular visits and evaluations of their needs
Identify non-F&I opportunities and coordinate with the Insurance Specialist to qualify prospects
Assist in training F&I Managers within dealerships to ensure they are knowledgeable about Ally’s products
Stay informed about competitors and industry trends to maintain professional knowledge
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in dealership or B2B sales, specifically in the automotive industry
Strong relationship-building skills with dealer principals and decision-makers
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage conflicting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in problem-solving and managing sales processes
Proven track record of developing business relationships and achieving sales targets
