Responsibilities and Duties
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Support social media management, including content scheduling, posting, and basic engagement
Help create marketing materials such as presentations, email campaigns, flyers, and promotional content
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Track and report on campaign performance and marketing metrics
Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners
Maintain marketing databases, calendars, and documentation
Assist with events, promotions, and product launches when required
All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Experience/Qualifications Required:
Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Experience with social media management tools or email marketing platforms preferred.
Basic knowledge of SEO, analytics, or content marketing preferred.
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent time-management skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
Valid Driver’s License
OSHA 10 Certified
