SUMMARY: The Graphic Designer will produce engaging and visually compelling creative materials for JVIS. This role will work under the direction of the Marketing team to design assets across a broad range of projects, from corporate communications to social media, packaging, event displays, and more.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Develop and deliver a wide variety of creative collateral under art direction, including:
Branded Corporate Materials
Internal Corporate Communication
Digital Media
Packaging Design
Event Displays
Promotional Marketing Materials
Social Media Content
Your design skills will be applied to a wide range of projects, such as business cards, display banners, instruction manuals and from‑scratch company branding
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to ensure designs meet brand standards and project objectives
Provide support for off‑site events, on‑site meetings, and manage company product displays
Engage in continuous improvement opportunities as required
Maintain compliance of IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001
Follows all safety, housekeeping (5S) and company policies and procedures.
Coordinates and maintains all job responsibilities in a continuous and flexible manner and performs other related duties and job assignments as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in design composition and layout with a keen eye for detail, information hierarchy, and with the flexibility to adjust design style for different brands
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite with a focus in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
Proficiency in Microsoft programs, especially PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to work well both independently and within a team
Not required, but proficiencies in, or openness to learn skills in photography, videography, motion graphics, video editing, social media management, UI, and/or website design skills are a plus
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. 1+ years’ experience in graphic design. Excellent communication. Strong knowledge of industry and terms utilized is preferred.
