Job Description Job Purpose
This role supports KE’s strategic growth by enhancing operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and fostering a culture of excellence. The Op Ex BP Enterprise primary objective is to standardize tools, processes, performance measures, and execution systems across KE to drive predictable, repeatable outcomes through project management intake, prioritization, and planning support.

Qualifications
BS in Business, Engineering, operations management or related field OR equivalent years of experience (4:1 ratio).
3–5 years in operational roles with exposure to OpEx or CI initiative.
Proficiency in OpEx or CI.
Proficiency in project management, planning support, intake & prioritization.
Ability to analyze and develop workflows or processes.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to influence without direct authority.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Ability to travel (see Travel Requirements).
Bonus Points
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher.
PCP Certification.
5+ years in OpEx or CI.
Prior experience in construction, energy or industrial environments.
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams.
Experience in strategic planning and change management.
Experience in coaching field teams and implementing on‑site improvements.

Pay Range:
$96,200 – $127,200/year

Physical Requirements
Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods.

Ability to use hands and arms to handle tools, materials, and electrical components.
Ability to work at various heights, including ladders and cat walking while on site.
Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and active construction environments.
Workplace Environment
The role primarily works in a professional office environment with standard equipment such as computers, phones, and printers including conference rooms and presentation spaces.
Occasional visits to production areas, industrial or commercial sites or other job sites may involve exposure to varying temperatures, noises, and moving equipment.
Personal protective equipment (PPE), such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and hearing protection, is always required when off site.
Work hours may vary by project needs, including early starts, overtime, or shift work.
Periodic travel to other company locations or client sites for audits, training, and improvement initiatives.
Travel required: 10% travel between job sites or company facilities may be required depending on project assignments.
