Acceptance Criteria Definition: Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to clearly define “done” in concrete, testable terms from the outset.

Minimum Viable Testing: Balance comprehensive testing with efficiency, identify essential tests needed to ensure confidence in a release, supporting our move towards a CI/CD culture.

Defect Advocacy: Clearly articulate impact of identified bugs on the user experience and advocate for appropriate prioritization.

Bridge to Automation: While primarily a manual testing role, have awareness of automation principles and identify repetitive tasks strong candidates for future automation.

Process Improvement: Actively seek ways to enhance QA processes and workflows, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and blameless post‑mortems.
