About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Campaign Operations Specialist to execute and manage digital advertising campaigns across video, display, web, mobile, and Connected TV (CTV) platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring campaigns launch accurately, run smoothly, and deliver strong performance results.
This is a hybrid position based in Tennessee (1–2 days onsite).
Key Responsibilities Campaign Setup & Creative Management
QA creative assets to ensure compliance with site and industry specifications.
Communicate technical feedback to internal teams.
Set up and schedule campaigns in ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel).
Traffic video, display, native, and other digital ad formats across live and on-demand content.
Support internal teams by answering technical campaign-related questions.
Troubleshooting & Optimization
Create and manage test pages for various creative formats.
Investigate and resolve creative rendering and delivery issues at launch and throughout campaign flights.
Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot delivery, functionality, reporting, and ad-serving issues.
Escalate technical issues to appropriate teams as needed.
Campaign Monitoring & Reporting
Ensure seamless campaign launches across all placements.
Monitor first- and third-party delivery and resolve discrepancies.
Prepare campaign performance reports for internal stakeholders.
Provide optimization recommendations to maximize delivery and performance.
Identify opportunities for improved performance and future revenue growth.
Operational Excellence
Improve and optimize campaign processes and system integrations.
Update and maintain process documentation.
Identify areas for workflow efficiencies and business improvement.
Provide occasional weekend or after-hours support as needed.
Required Qualifications
1+ years of digital ad trafficking experience (Google Ad Manager and/or FreeWheel preferred)
2+ years of data analysis experience (Excel, Pivot Tables, SmartSheets, etc.)
1+ years of sales workflow management experience (e.g., Salesforce, OperativeOne or similar platforms)
Strong understanding of digital ad serving, tagging, and inventory management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker)
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
Experience working with ad server integrations across websites and applications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
