This role is ideal for a hands‑on, detail‑oriented producer ready to grow under senior production leadership.
What You’ll Do Integrated Production Support Support the production of integrated campaigns across digital, social, video, print, OOH, and experiential.
Project Coordination Assist in building timelines, managing deliverables, tracking approvals, and keeping projects on schedule. Lead social productions and manage editorial processes for key clients.
Budget & Resource Support Support budget development, vendor estimates, and cost tracking under the guidance of senior producers.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner closely with creative, account, strategy, and external teams to ensure smooth execution from kickoff through delivery.
Vendor & Partner Coordination Coordinate vendors, freelancers, and production partners with clear communication and documentation. Track and support renewal negotiations as applicable.
Problem Solving Flag risks early, adapt to evolving needs, and help find smart solutions to keep work moving forward. Contribute to improving production processes and department efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Production, or related field preferred
3–5 years of production experience in an agency or creative environment
Experience supporting integrated, digital‑first campaigns
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear communicator who collaborates well across teams and deadlines
Comfort supporting production budgets and estimates
Flexible, solutions‑oriented mindset
