This role will work onsite in our current temporary NY office in mid‑town Manhattan and later move to our permanent NY office located off Broadway and 14th St - Union Square area. Job Summary This position presents a unique opportunity to shape the social media presence of a prestigious lifestyle brands portfolio within the hospitality industry. You will serve as a strategic leader responsible for transforming brand narratives into measurable social media outcomes while maintaining operational excellence across all platforms. Working at the intersection of creative storytelling and data‑driven performance, you will orchestrate agency partnerships, ensure enterprise‑wide alignment, and drive meaningful engagement that connects with audiences while delivering tangible business results. This role requires a balance of strategic vision and tactical execution, as you navigate the complexities of multi‑brand social strategy within a large‑scale organization.
Responsibilities
Own social KPIs across Lifestyle brands, establishing clear performance benchmarks tied to brand, campaign, and business objectives
Partner with agencies to develop and execute data‑driven social strategies, ensuring deliverables, timelines, and budgets are managed effectively
Manage day‑to‑day operations across major social platforms, ensuring governance compliance, brand consistency, and operational excellence
Oversee community management in partnership with agencies and enterprise teams, ensuring timely engagement, brand‑aligned tone of voice, and adherence to escalation protocols
Collaborate closely with Enterprise Social, Legal, PR, and Brand teams to ensure alignment with Hilton governance standards, content guidelines, and platform policies
Lead campaign brief development and agency kick‑offs, setting clear objectives, KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting expectations
Monitor campaign performance and social analytics, proactively identifying optimization opportunities and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders
Ensure integration between brand‑level social calendars and enterprise content initiatives to maximize impact and reduce duplication
Serve as the primary point of contact for social agency partners, overseeing scope management, performance accountability, and continuous improvement
Identify cultural moments and category opportunities that ladder back to strategic brand and business priorities
Skills
Strong understanding of major social media platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
Deep familiarity with performance metrics, reporting dashboards, and optimization frameworks
Experience managing agency partners and holding external teams accountable to KPIs and governance standards
Ability to connect brand storytelling with enterprise processes and cross‑functional stakeholders
Strong project management and organizational skills
High attention to detail and operational rigor
Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset in fast‑paced environments
Experience Requirements
Five years of professional experience
Three years of experience in agency management or brand‑side social leadership
Demonstrated experience owning social KPIs and reporting frameworks
Experience managing external agencies, scopes of work, and performance evaluations
Experience collaborating with enterprise‑level marketing, PR, and legal teams
Experience with social management, listening, and analytics tools such as Sprinklr, Khoros, Hootsuite, or Brandwatch preferred
Hospitality or multi‑brand portfolio experience preferred
