What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with Talent Acquisition leaders to design and implement data‑driven marketing strategies

Lead recruitment media campaigns and enhance candidate engagement through employer branding initiatives

Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights for future marketing efforts

Oversee the company career site and create engaging job descriptions to attract top talent

Develop marketing materials and manage blog content to showcase authentic employee stories

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent 6+ years of work experience

Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Recruitment Marketing, Talent Attraction, or Employer Branding roles

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and marketing tools, including Google Analytics and SEO/SEM

Experience with ad platforms and performance metrics on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn

Strong analytical skills and ability to apply independent judgment for high-impact outcomes

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Data proficiency with certifications in Google Analytics

Ability to work East Coast hours
