We're growing and looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative / Account Manager to join our team in the Western / Central Massachusetts territory. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, and HVAC distributors Promote and sell HVAC products from our manufacturer partners Deliver product presentations and provide technical support to customers Identify new business opportunities and generate leads Negotiate terms and close sales Provide ongoing customer support and follow-up Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and competitive products Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity in a CRM Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturer partners to meet territory goals Ideal Candidate Profile:

Proven experience in HVAC sales, either with a rep agency, manufacturer, or distributor Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation practices Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational abilities Comfortable working independently while being a team player Familiarity with the MA HVAC market is a strong plus Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory What We Offer:
