Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in our Boston, MA office for candidates with a minimum of 5 years experience. The Junior Interior Designer will collaborate with the design team to create innovative and functional interior spaces, focusing on hospitality projects. Responsibilities include space planning, assisting with interior design concepts, creating construction drawings, and selecting FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment). The candidate will also support project coordination, ensure design consistency, and meet project timelines.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design principles to create functional and aesthetic layouts
Knowledge of Architecture and experience with Construction Drawings
Understanding of FF&E selection to support cohesive design execution
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, and related tools
Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field
Relevant experience or internships in hospitality design is REQUIRED
