We are looking for an accomplished
Director of Food & Beverage
to join one of Southern California’s most exclusive luxury resorts, nestled in a coveted Los Angeles neighborhood. In this role, you will lead a passionate team of food & beverage and culinary professionals, collaborating closely with the Hotel Manager and General Manager to deliver truly exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a high‑performance food & beverage team.
Collaborate with Hotel Manager and General Manager to design and execute innovative dining concepts.
Maintain the highest standards of service consistent with luxury boutique hotel expectations.
Drive operational excellence, cost control, and profitability across all dining venues.
Engage with the local affluent community to enhance the resort’s brand and guest appeal.
Qualifications
Extensive experience in luxury boutique hotels or high‑end resorts.
Strong understanding of Forbes standards and luxury hospitality best practices.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
Business‑savvy and creative mindset, with a track record of driving innovation.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
