Hotel Housekeepers: Pewaukee

Long-Term Temporary Positions Shift: First. Employee chooses start time of either 7:30 or 8:30 AM. Days: 5 day work with with weekend availability necessary Our Pewaukee hotel client is seeking full time housekeepers. Experience is a plus but not required. Client will provide three weeks of paid on-the-job training for each new hire. Candidates must have stable work history and reliable transportation to get to and from the job. This is a great opportunity to either continue or start your career in hospitality! Job Description Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters and floor surfaces using cloths, sponges, brushes, mops and cleaning agents. Maintain the level of cleanliness as dictated by hotel policy and procedures Strip and make beds, changing bed at scheduled frequency dictated by hotel policy and procedure Dust all furniture, pictures drawers window ledges and shelves. Vacuum carpeted areas Empty the trash cans Replenish amenities such as bathroom supplies in each guest room Replenish cart’s cleaning supplies and linen supplies Note: the changing of bed linens may require lifting bedspreads weighing up to 35lbs. Though this client trains each individual on how to work within their system, the ideal candidate will have verifiable prior work experience as a hotel housekeeper.
