50 mile radius rule - ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST INCLUDE A COPY OF CANDIDATE'S UNEXPIRED DRIVER'S LICENSE Must possess a thorough knowledge of nuclear cardiology and the ability to perform nuclear cardiology studies, including image acquisition and processing. o Knowledge of nuclear cardiology performs exams in a competent manner o Prepares radioactive isotopes for injection o Performs cardiac imaging o Performs daily back ups on NMIS and appropriately files and maintains paperwork o Assists, when needed, with stress test phone confirmations o Processes images for review by the physician o Maintains all records required by the NRC o Start IVs in department and also assists echo techs o Assist CHF Clinic with blood draws o Completes yearly radiation safety video and quiz o Completes yearly glucose monitor competencies o Completes hospital yearly compliance competencies o Completes hospital Pyxis tutorial - ability to correctly remove and return patient medications o Enters daily cardiolite stress test encounters into Citrix for billing purposes o Enters regular stress test and EECP encounters into Citrix for billing purposes (when needed)
