In this role, you will handle document coordination and ensure smooth workflows, resembling processes similar to transaction coordination in industries like real estate. This position requires precision, efficiency, and the ability to manage digital signatures and collaborate with external partners. Responsibilities: Coordinate document workflows, including sending and managing digital signatures through platforms like DocuSign. Ensure accurate data entry and maintain meticulous records of transactions. Collaborate with insurance partners and other external stakeholders to facilitate document completion. Review and verify all data entries for accuracy before submission. Manage numeric and computer-based data entry tasks efficiently and within set deadlines. Resolve discrepancies in documentation and communicate effectively to address issues. Maintain organized digital files and ensure compliance with company protocols. Execute typing and administrative tasks to support transaction processes. Assist in improving workflow efficiency by identifying and recommending process enhancements. Requirements: Proven experience in data entry and document coordination roles. Proficiency in using DocuSign or similar digital signature platforms. Strong typing skills and ability to perform numeric and computer-based data entry. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation. Ability to work collaboratively with external stakeholders, such as insurance partners. Effective communication skills to resolve issues and ensure smooth transactions. Familiarity with workflow processes similar to real estate transaction coordination. Comfort with managing deadlines and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
