Department: Community Reintegration Center Full-time, Hourly Hourly Range: $16.70 - $25.05/hr Job Summary: Coordination of admission records to ensure the lawful commitment of residents. Review legal documents accompanying all admissions. Interpret commitment/conviction papers and compute complex court orders to determine sentence structure and conditions of the sentence, ensuring accuracy and conformance with legal requirements. Schedule: This position will work on 2nd shift, including assigned weekends and holidays. Occasional mandatory overtime is required. Job Responsibilities: Determine Sentence Status - Determine under what conditions the sentence is to be served (i.e., straight time, community access, conditions of probation, es/gps monitoring). Re-Calculate Sentences - As a result of additional/amended sentences. Verify CCAP, JOC's and 1047's; contact sentencing courts to verify or clarify information. Process...
