This is a hands-on role supporting global regulatory filings, internal monitoring systems, and firmwide compliance operations across more than a dozen international jurisdictions.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and file global regulatory disclosures (SEC, NFA, SFC, and others)
• Monitor employee activity including certifications, conflict checks, and restricted list processes
• Review and interpret forensic reports to identify exceptions and support process improvement
• Support oversight of vendor relationships, expert networks, and information barriers
• Contribute to compliance policy governance and cross-functional regulatory projects

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience in compliance or regulatory operations at a top-tier financial firm
• Strong writing skills, critical thinking ability, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and data-driven problem solving
• Integrity, accountability, and a natural curiosity for how things work
