This is a hands-on role supporting global regulatory filings, internal monitoring systems, and firmwide compliance operations across more than a dozen international jurisdictions.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and file global regulatory disclosures (SEC, NFA, SFC, and others)
- Monitor employee activity including certifications, conflict checks, and restricted list processes
- Review and interpret forensic reports to identify exceptions and support process improvement
- Support oversight of vendor relationships, expert networks, and information barriers
- Contribute to compliance policy governance and cross-functional regulatory projects
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in compliance or regulatory operations at a top-tier financial firm
- Strong writing skills, critical thinking ability, and comfort working in a fast-moving environment
- Advanced proficiency with Excel and data-driven problem solving
- Integrity, accountability, and a natural curiosity for how things work
