What You’ll Do:

Driving Operational Excellence & Strategic Growth

  • Oversee daily community operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and all state/federal regulations.
  • Manage the community's annual budget and P&L, ensuring efficient resource allocation and financial health.
  • Drive census and occupancy goals via community outreach, marketing, and referral partner development.
  • Implement and refine operational policies to enhance efficiency, care quality, and resident satisfaction.
  • Oversee facility management to ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment.

Exercising Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-departmental team, fostering a positive, high‑performing work culture.
  • Oversee staff recruitment, development, performance management, and engagement.

Ensuring Resident & Family Centered Care

  • Champion a resident‑first philosophy, ensuring high‑quality, individualized resident services and compassionate care.
  • Act as primary contact for residents and families, ensuring proactive communication and resolution of concerns.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of innovative resident activity and wellness programs.

Fostering Community Engagement & Representation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and key stakeholders.
  • Represent SageGrove positively and professionally at community events and in all external interactions.
  • Communicate community vision, updates, and successes to all stakeholders (staff, residents, families, corporate).
