
We're seeking an experienced FP&A leader to support global manufacturing and supply chain operations, with a strong focus on cost of sales, forecasting, and partnership economics. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Accounting, and cross‑functional teams to deliver accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis, and forward‑looking forecasts across products and markets.
Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Finance & FP&A: Serve as the primary finance partner to Supply Chain, supporting strategic and operational planning, forecasting, and performance management.
- Own month‑end close activities related to cost of sales and gross margin, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and strong internal controls.
- Analyze cost variances between actuals and standards; provide clear insights into drivers and trends.
- Lead forecasting for cost of sales and product standard costs, managing inputs and assumptions in planning systems.
- Track and validate purchase orders, invoices, and actuals against forecasts.
- Provide performance analytics across key regions and markets.
- Support new product launches from a cost, forecasting, and supply perspective.
- Partner cross‑functionally with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Audit, and Supply Chain to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions.
- Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and documentation of policies and controls.
- Alliance & Partnership Financial Management: Coordinate financial planning, analysis, and reporting related to partner and collaboration arrangements.
- Consolidate and deliver periodic performance reviews, including financial results, commentary, and issue resolution.
- Own reporting and settlement requirements for partnerships, ensuring timely and accurate data delivery to internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare ad hoc analysis to support leadership decision‑making related to alliance performance and forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA preferred, MBA a plus.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, accounting, or operational finance, with exposure to manufacturing and supply chain environments.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, cost of goods sold, and manufacturing processes.
- Proven experience with forecasting, variance analysis, and supply chain finance.
- Solid knowledge of GAAP and IFRS.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and planning tools (SAP and Adaptive experience a plus).
- Ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced, evolving, and sometimes ambiguous environments.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with confidence working with senior leaders.
- Collaborative, hands‑on mindset with a focus on delivering results.
