
We’re looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Director to lead growth across Amazon and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) channels for a high-growth consumer brand.
This role owns strategy, performance, and P&L across both channels, with responsibility for scaling revenue, optimizing customer experience, and leading agency partners. The ideal candidate brings deep Amazon expertise, strong DTC growth experience, and a data-driven approach to performance marketing.
What you’ll do:
- Own Amazon and DTC growth strategy, performance, and P&L
- Scale Amazon (U.S. + international), including advertising, promotions, and agency management
- Lead DTC e-commerce strategy across UX, site performance, acquisition, and retention
- Drive paid media, email, SMS, and affiliate marketing performance
- Partner cross-functionally on inventory, forecasting, and fulfillment
- Use data and insights to continuously optimize revenue and profitability
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years leading Amazon and DTC growth for a consumer brand or performance agency
- Proven P&L ownership and ability to drive top- and bottom-line results
- Deep understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem and performance marketing channels
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with attribution and measurement
- Hands-on leader with agency and team management experience
