SHR Talent is partnering with a manufacturing client in Nashville, TN in its search for a Director of IT E-commerce . The Director of IT E-commerce role is heavily focused on supporting and scaling direct-to-consumer (D2C) digital commerce platforms and technology. The Director of IT E-commerce will lead a team supporting revenue-generating digital systems and will work closely with business, marketing, and operations leaders to ensure technology enables growth.
Responsibilities

Qualifications

- 10+ years of IT experience with strong e-commerce and D2C exposure
- Experience leading teams and managing complex digital platforms
- Strong stakeholder communication and leadership skills
