
Must have
- Over 4 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS products, enterprise business applications, platform capabilities, or internal tools.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and risk, IT management, or enterprise IT systems is advantageous.
- Proficient in crafting clear product specifications, workflow descriptions, and managing backlogs within an agile SaaS environment.
- Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on product architecture requirements, integrations, APIs, and automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven and metrics-focused decision-making approach.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional teamwork abilities.
- Demonstrated curiosity, adaptability, and a customer-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research with both internal teams and external enterprise SaaS users to comprehend workflows, data requirements, and platform needs.
- Convert technical and operational necessities into comprehensive product specifications, user narratives, and acceptance criteria.
- Assist with market and competitive research, concentrating on enterprise SaaS, workflow automation, and platform architecture trends.
- Leverage analytics, SaaS usage data, system logs, and operational metrics to guide prioritization and product choices.
- Manage and sustain the product backlog with clear prioritization across application and platform projects.
- Collaborate with application, data, and platform engineering teams to define, prioritize, and implement improvements in SaaS platform and workflows.
- Work closely with customer success, sales engineering, and operations to gather requirements and enhance enterprise workflows.
- Effectively communicate product plans, decisions, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
