Overview

Lead Recruiter - Global Sales and Leadership Hiring | Executive and Strategic Hiring - North America at XCUTIVES INC. We are seeking a strategic, results-driven, and client-focused Engagement Director to lead presales, delivery governance, and client engagement for our Enterprise Solutions portfolio—including SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and AI/GenAI—in the USA. This role will drive business growth, ensure delivery excellence, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Location: Edison, NJ (East Coast & Midwest)

Responsibilities

  • Lead presales and solutioning for enterprise technology opportunities across SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other platforms.
  • Design transformation roadmaps incorporating AI/GenAI, automation, and digital innovation.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, and domain teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs and deliver compelling client presentations.
  • Develop reusable solution assets, industry-specific accelerators, and reference architectures.

Delivery Governance

  • Govern the Enterprise Solutions business in alignment with regional and global growth strategies.
  • Monitor pipeline health, deal conversion, and solution quality.
  • Drive strategic initiatives, account planning, and portfolio reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with frameworks, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide thought leadership and market insights to shape go-to-market strategies.

Client Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular client meetings to review progress, address concerns, and identify new opportunities.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Experience

  • 20+ years of IT experience, including at least 8 years in presales, solution architecture, or consulting roles in the USA.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise platforms (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow) and cross-industry application.
  • Proven record of winning large transformation deals and managing complex solution cycles.
  • Experience with AI/GenAI use cases and integration into enterprise ecosystems.
  • In-depth understanding of the US enterprise landscape, compliance, and digital transformation drivers.
