This is a senior commercial leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding global customer relationships within an aviation leasing and asset management environment. The position leads business development initiatives across aircraft and engine assets, supporting trading, leasing, and material solutions activity across airline, MRO, and leasing customers.

The role requires strong aviation market knowledge, proven sales leadership experience, and the ability to identify and convert new commercial opportunities while working cross-functionally with leasing, asset management, and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales and business development plans to grow revenue across assigned markets.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with airlines, lessors, MROs, and financial institutions.
  • Identify new asset acquisition and trading opportunities, supporting valuation, modelling, and bidding processes.
  • Guide and mentor sales team members to ensure alignment with commercial targets and market strategy.
  • Collaborate with leasing and asset management teams to maximise portfolio performance and inventory sales.
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Support senior leadership with reporting, forecasting, and commercial insights.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in aviation sales, leasing, asset management, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of aircraft and engine aftermarket markets.
  • Demonstrated track record of generating revenue growth and building long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to operate both independently and within a team environment.
