Coach and mentor sales associates to improve performance and close rates. Monitor team KPIs and drive achievement of sales targets. Assist with scheduling, training, and performance feedback. Lead by example through direct sales and customer engagement. Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Support hiring and onboarding of new team members.
