In this commission-based role, the Marketing & Sales Assistant helps qualify leads, measures campaign ROI, and coordinates promotions that increase foot traffic and conversions. The Marketing & Sales Assistant will work on: Support sales of cellphones, wireless devices, internet, and VOIP through campaign execution and lead follow-up. Assist with digital and in-store marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic and conversions. Qualify inbound leads and route to sales reps for closure. Track campaign performance and report on ROI and conversion metrics. Create sales collateral and assist with product demonstrations. Coordinate events and promotions to increase brand visibility. Support sales representatives with scheduling and client communications. Maintain accurate lead and campaign data in CRM.
