Wireless Client Solutions Advisor To-Do List: Advise clients on AT&T wireless, internet, and VOIP products and packages. Conduct product demonstrations and explain service benefits. Resolve client inquiries with empathy and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of client interactions. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Track leads, follow-ups, and sales outcomes. Stay informed on AT&T promotions, upgrades, and new products. Provide ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
