An AMLaw 100 firm is seeking an associate to join its globally ranked Real-Estate practice in its Washington, DC office. Ideal candidates will have experience in general real-estate transactions, including purchase and sale, joint venture and financing transactions.

Ranked Tier 1 in Real Estate by Legal 500 US 2025 and Band 1 – Global Real Estate Multi-Jurisdictional by Chambers Global 2025
Competitive salary $260,000-$365,000 with comprehensive benefits package
Hybrid work schedule
The ideal candidate will have experience in/knowledge of the following:
Written, verbal and persuasive communication skills
Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills, conceptual thinking and management skills
Attention to detail, good business and professional judgment, excellent organizational skills, ability to work collaboratively and independently
