About the Role

The Company is seeking a Senior Director for its Finance team to play a pivotal role in the launch of a new flagship fund. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the ongoing monitoring of credit agreements, leading the preparation and review of financial statements, and coordinating with third-party fund administrators and external auditors to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Additionally, the role involves supervising external tax advisors, developing and maintaining financial models, providing senior leadership with insights on fund performance, and strengthening internal controls. The Senior Director will also serve as a primary financial liaison, prepare materials for meetings, and mentor junior finance team members.

Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' experience in asset management, private credit, debt funds, or related private investment strategies, with a preference for those holding a CPA. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in financial management, including cash flow projections, distribution waterfalls, leverage analysis, and IRR calculations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in process enhancements, be adept at managing information flow, and have excellent communication skills for interactions with investors, lenders, auditors, and tax providers. A key aspect of the position is the ability to provide actionable insights on fund performance, liquidity management, and capital planning, as well as the capacity to mentor and foster a high-performance culture within the finance team.
