About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President to take the lead in all real estate portfolio and fund-level reporting. This senior role is pivotal, with a focus on financial oversight, process innovation, and fostering executive-level partnerships both internally and externally. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, leading accounting operations for multiple property investments, and overseeing the preparation of various investor-facing reports. Additionally, the role involves liaising with different teams to ensure accurate financial data, coordinating audits and tax filings, and driving technology improvements for workflow efficiency.
Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with an advanced degree or CPA being preferred. A minimum of 7-10 years of accounting leadership experience within real estate is required, with a strong background in US GAAP, fund structures, and partnership accounting.
