Job Title: Order Entry Representative

Job Description

The Order Entry Representative serves as the first point of contact for customers placing orders. This role involves handling a high volume of quick calls and emails daily, primarily in a business-to-business context. The representative will resolve customer questions and issues, manage customer service inquiries, and process all orders over the phone while building rapport with customers.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for customers placing orders.

Handle a high volume of quick calls and emails, up to 80+ daily.

Manage customer interactions primarily in a business-to-business setting.

Resolve customer questions and issues effectively.

Process and manage all orders over the phone.

Build and maintain rapport with customers during interactions.

Work off a queue from a central number that customers call into.

Handle increased call volume during peak seasons, reaching 90-100 calls daily.

Essential Skills

Experience with order entry and processing.

Strong customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Excellent multitasking abilities.

Great personality with strong communication skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

No specific certifications or education required.

Work Environment

The role is based in an onsite office environment with a cubicle setting. The dress code is business casual. The representative will work within a team of six other Order Entry Reps, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Nazareth, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
