
Job Description
The Genesys Cloud Developer will design, develop, and support voice and contact center solutions for healthcare clients, supporting patient access, clinic operations, and enterprise contact center initiatives. This role focuses on IVR and voice application development, call routing, and API-based integrations with telephony platforms and backend healthcare systems. Prefer developers to have strong hands-on background in GAX, CIW, CME, CTI, SIP, IVR, API, routing and multi-tenant HA environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and support Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) voice applications
• Build and maintain IVR flows, call routing strategies, queues, and contact center workflows
• Develop and integrate REST API–based integrations with telephony platforms and backend systems
• Collaborate with API developers and technical leads to enable end-to-end call and data flows
• Support new clinic implementations, acquisitions, and post-go-live hypercare
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to voice flows, routing, queues, and integrations

Skills and Requirements
• 7–10 years of overall development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Genesys Cloud (PureCloud)
• Proven experience with voice application development and contact center workflows
• Strong development experience using Java and .NET (C#)
• Experience designing and implementing REST APIs and API-based integrations
• Full-stack development experience, including web application development
• Experience integrating telephony platforms with backend systems
• Understanding of patient access workflows and contact center KPIs
• Experience supporting production systems and resolving complex issues • Healthcare, payer, or provider environment
• Experience working in regulated environments (HIPAA)
