
Sales Coordinator
Shamrock Trading Corporation and RTS Financial are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join the operations team. The role of the Sales Coordinator is to provide support to the RTS Financial Sales team through prospective client documentation processing, review, and facilitation of communication and deal flow from the Sales to Operations department. What You'll Do Process prospective client applications, including reviewing external documentation and communicating with internal teams regarding required items Identify discrepancies between applications and contracts to ensure contracts comply with guidelines Draft prospective client agreements based on specifications provided by sales team Facilitate document gathering through communication with outside parties Accurately enter client and broker information into Salesforce and other platforms Work closely with internal teams to ensure proper communication and flow of incoming accounts Train new hires and assist with peer reviews as needed Assist with ad-hoc projects focused on data quality assurance What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in business or related field Ability to work at a fast pace with few to no errors Strong ability to prioritize workflow tasks with little to no guidance Familiarity with Salesforce dashboard management Proficiency in utilizing external resources confidently and effectively Demonstrate high levels of engagement, motivation, and investment in the role and team Display a consistent attitude of teamwork, positivity, and flexibility Apply Today!
