Duties & Responsibilities Bond Execution Draft, review, sign, seal, and issue bond forms daily with precision — accuracy is critical Navigate unique or complex bond requests through creative analysis and problem-solving Handle certification requests and ensure timely delivery Invoicing & Billing Generate new and renewal invoices for all bonds within the system for assigned accounts Research and resolve billing issues promptly Client Guidance Maintain a deep understanding of surety bonds, bond mechanics, and client-specific needs Serve as a knowledgeable resource to clients, conveying bond details clearly and professionally Carrier Relations Direct marketing to carriers on smaller bonds and pre-established programs Coordinate with producers on placement strategy Systems & Process Improvement Provide feedback and guidance to the surety team on improving systems and workflows EPIC agency management system experience is strongly preferred
