Art Home Photo | Fort Wayne & Indianapolis | Full-Time | In-Person Art Home Photo is seeking a proven, relationship-driven sales professional to expand our footprint within the residential real estate community.

This role is ideal for someone who excels at proactive outreach, builds long-term client relationships, and wants uncapped earning potential in a repeat-revenue environment.

In 2025, Art Home Photo generated $1.1M+ in residential revenue from 725 unique clients. Our clients book repeatedly throughout the year- meaning your commissions compound over time, not reset after one sale.

Key Responsibilities: New Business Development Prospect and initiate outreach to real estate agents, teams, and brokerages Conduct consistent cold calls, social outreach, and in-person visits Schedule and lead meetings to convert new clients Account Growth & Retention Maintain and deepen relationships with active clients Drive repeat bookings through follow-up and strategic touchpoints Position Art Home Photo as a long-term marketing partner Pipeline & Performance Manage outreach and opportunities within a CRM Hit defined activity and revenue goals Collaborate internally to ensure seamless client experience

This is a field-based, relationship-first sales role. You will be expected to generate opportunities, not wait for inbound leads.

Required Experience: 2+ years of sales, business development, or account management experience Demonstrated success with cold outreach and closing new business Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management skills Comfortable working toward measurable revenue goals Professional, confident communicator in face-to-face environments Self-starter with high personal accountability *Experience in real estate, marketing services, or B2B sales is a plus but not required.

Compensation Structure: $30,000 base salary + uncapped commission Commission paid on profit and structured to reward both acquisition and retention: 50% of profit on first appointment 25% on second appointment 10% on third and ongoing appointments (for remainder of year) Because clients book multiple times annually, commissions build and compound. Realistic total compensation: $50,000-$85,000+
