Art Home Photo is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Client Acquisition & Partnerships Manager to help expand our reach and deepen relationships within the real estate community. This role blends new client acquisition with ongoing relationship management, playing a key role in our continued growth across Fort Wayne, Indianapolis, and future markets. We’re looking for someone who is outgoing, self-motivated, and confident initiating conversations—whether through cold calls, in-person meetings, agency visits, or social outreach. The right person will thrive in a relationship-based sales environment and take ownership of growing and maintaining a strong client pipeline. Key Responsibilities

New Client Acquisition

Proactively identify, research, and reach out to new real estate agents, teams, and brokerages. Make consistent cold calls, social media outreach, and follow-ups to introduce Art Home Photo and our services. Attend and represent Art Home Photo at agency visits, industry events, and networking opportunities. Schedule and lead in-person meetings, coffee chats, and pop-by visits to build trust and awareness. Client Relationship Management

Maintain and nurture relationships with existing and past clients to drive repeat business. Follow up after appointments to gather feedback and identify opportunities to better support clients. Serve as a trusted point of contact who understands client goals and helps position Art Home Photo as a long-term partner. Own a pipeline of prospects and clients, tracking outreach, conversations, and opportunities. Work toward clear activity and revenue goals tied to both base salary and commission. Collaborate with operations and creative teams to ensure a seamless client experience from first contact through delivery. Market Expansion Support

Play an active role in growing and strengthening our presence in the Indianapolis market. Help identify opportunities for deeper market saturation and strategic partnerships. Share insights from the field to inform leadership on trends, client needs, and growth opportunities. Required Experience

Prior sales experience is required, including roles such as business development, account management, client acquisition, inside sales, outside sales, or similar relationship-driven positions. Proven experience initiating outreach, managing follow-ups, and working toward sales or revenue goals. Comfort with cold calling, objection handling, and relationship-based selling. Experience working with a CRM, sales pipeline, or structured outreach process is strongly preferred. Application Requirement
